Who might be able to join this trial:

• People of any gender may be considered.
• People aged 45 years or older may be considered.
• People who have had either an ischemic stroke (caused by a blockage) or a hemorrhagic stroke (caused by bleeding), in the subacute or chronic stage (not the very early stage), may be considered.
• People whose cognitive (thinking and memory) function is relatively intact, as measured by a standard test called the MoCA with a score above 24, may be considered.
• People who are able to sit, with or without support, for more than 30 minutes may be considered.

Who may not be able to join:

• People with vision problems or a condition called unilateral neglect (where a person is unaware of one side of their body or surroundings) may not be eligible.
• People with global aphasia (a severe condition where a person has great difficulty speaking, understanding, reading, and writing) may not be eligible.
• People with unstable health conditions or serious additional medical conditions may not be eligible.
• People who score 3 or higher on the Modified Ashworth Scale (a measure of muscle stiffness or spasticity) may not be eligible.
• People with bone or joint conditions, or any fractures, may not be eligible.
