Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are male or female and are over 65 years of age.
- People who are willing and mentally able to give written consent to take part, OR — if someone is not able to make that decision for themselves — they have a nominated representative (called a "consultee") who can confirm that taking part is what the person would have wanted.

This person must attend the first study visit in person, but may be able to take part remotely after that.
Who may not be able to join:
- People with a disability or condition that would prevent them from completing the study procedures or tests — for example, significant vision or hearing problems, speech difficulties, or physical or sensory impairments — or anyone whose participation the study doctor believes would not be in their best interest or would interfere with the study results.
- People who would be unable to meet the specific requirements of the study.
- People who have had a diagnosis of alcohol or drug dependence or misuse within the last 3 years, based on current medical diagnostic criteria.
