Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who have been diagnosed with cancer, or who have had a cancer diagnosis in the past
- People who are 18 years of age or older
- People who are able to take part in at least low-intensity physical activity (such as gentle movement or light exercise)
- People who are awaiting cancer treatment, currently receiving cancer treatment (such as surgery, drug-based therapy, or radiation), have finished cancer treatment within the past 3 years, or — if it has been more than 3 years since treatment ended — people whose healthcare team has referred them because they have ongoing side effects from cancer or its treatment that exercise may help with

- People who are not able to read or write in English
- For online program formats: people without access to the internet or a computer
