  • You have previously received or are currently receiving a type of immunotherapy that targets PD-1 or PD-L1
  • You have a known allergy to the ingredients in PD-1 inhibitor medications
  • You have significant uncontrolled heart problems, such as moderate-to-severe heart failure, unstable chest pain, a heart attack within the past year, or serious irregular heartbeat
  • You have a weakened immune system due to a condition such as HIV, or you have active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or active tuberculosis
  • You have had an active infection or an unexplained high fever (above 38.5°C) in the two weeks before joining the trial
  • You are able to have children but are unwilling to use contraception during the trial, or you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have other serious conditions (including mental health conditions) or personal circumstances that the investigator believes could make participation unsafe or affect the reliability of the trial data
