Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 18 and 70 years old (any gender)
- People who have been diagnosed with primary Sjögren's syndrome, based on the 2016 ACR/EULAR classification criteria
- People who have ongoing enlargement of the salivary glands, lymph nodes, liver, or spleen (confirmed by imaging or tissue testing), and who also meet at least 2 of the following 4 conditions: a protein abnormality called cryoglobulinemia; low levels of a protein called C4; a lower than normal white blood cell count; or a positive result for anti-SSA or anti-SSB antibodies
- People whose liver and kidney function test results fall within the ranges specified by the trial (confirm with trial site for exact values)
- People with normal cognitive function who are willing to voluntarily take part, sign a consent form, and complete all trial procedures
Who may not be able to join:
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- People who have hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or certain other viral infections
- People who have a history of severe allergies or are considered to have a highly allergy-prone constitution
- People who have a history of other autoimmune diseases (separate from Sjögren's syndrome)
- People with serious conditions such as severe heart failure, respiratory failure, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, ongoing bleeding problems, malignant tumours, or diabetes insipidus
- People whom the trial researchers consider unsuitable for participation for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
