Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 or older
- People who have given informed consent to participate
- People enrolled in a French social security scheme
- People with a suspected diagnosis of advanced ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, and/or fallopian tube cancer at a certain stage of progression (stages IIB to IV according to the international FIGO staging system)
- People who are registered during standard care at the Oscar Lambret Centre, from the point of initial diagnosis and before a final confirmed stage is determined
- People who have received a confirmed diagnosis of advanced ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal cancer, and/or fallopian tube cancer (stages IIB to IV)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently in legal detention, or who are under legal protection measures such as curatorship or guardianship
- People who do not wish to participate in the trial
- People whose suspected diagnosis has been ruled out, or who are found to have a different type of cancer

Primary endpoints
To identify prognostic factors associated with overall survival on patients included prospectively as part of the initial treatment integrating both patient's and tumor's characteristics, using a multivariate Cox model.
