Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who are able and willing to sign a written consent form agreeing to take part.

• People who have taken oral corticosteroid tablets or liquid (steroid medicines taken by mouth) in the past month.
• People who have received a biologic therapy (a type of specialist injectable medicine for asthma or similar conditions) in the past 6 months.
• People who are unable to correctly use a metered-dose inhaler (a standard puffer) during the screening period.
• People who have another lung disease — such as COPD, pulmonary fibrosis, cystic fibrosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension, or tuberculosis — that has required treatment in the past 12 months.
• People who are unable to have an MRI scan, including those who have metal implants, pacemakers, neurostimulators, aneurysm clips, surgical staples, metallic fragments, or other devices in their body that cannot be removed, or people who experience severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) or any other condition that would prevent them from completing an MRI.
