Who might be able to join this trial:
- Women who are 21 years of age or older at the time of joining the trial
- Women who have been diagnosed with stage 1, 2, or 3 breast cancer
- Women who are beginning chemotherapy for the first time, including those who have had up to 4 cycles so far
- Women who can speak, read, and write in English or Mandarin
- Women who own a smartphone and are able to use it
Who may not be able to join:
- Women who have had, or currently have, any other type of cancer besides breast cancer
- Women who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric condition (such as schizophrenia), an anxiety disorder, another mood disorder, or a condition affecting memory or thinking
- Women who have had problems with alcohol or drug misuse in the past year
- Women who are currently taking part in another program focused on emotional or psychological support
- Women who have experienced the death of a loved one within the last 6 months
- Women who are currently pregnant
