• People with prostate cancer who have had their prostate surgically removed and whose PSA levels are rising again, with imaging scans (PET and MRI) showing the cancer has come back only in the area where the prostate used to be.

• People whose cancer has returned in more than one separate location in the prostate bed area.
• People with a life expectancy of less than 5 years, or those who are unable to tolerate or complete the treatment procedure involved in this trial.
