Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You have been recently diagnosed with, or have had a return of, a condition called granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) or microscopic polyangiitis (MPA)

  • A blood test or kidney biopsy has shown a different type of kidney disease not related to GPA or MPA
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus or Sjögren's syndrome
  • You have been on dialysis for more than 21 days just before joining the trial, or you have previously had a kidney transplant
  • You are under 18 years old
  • You are pregnant at the time of screening
  • You have already received significant amounts of certain treatments (specific chemotherapy or steroid medications) in the 28 days before joining the trial (confirm with trial site for exact details)
  • You have a long-term viral infection such as HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C
  • You have an untreated hidden tuberculosis infection
  • You currently have an active infection
  • You have another health condition that the trial doctor feels would make it unsafe for you to take the medications used in this trial (confirm with trial site)
