  • A heart scan shows that your heart is pumping at less than 50% of its normal capacity
  • You are currently receiving nutrition through a feeding tube or directly into a vein
  • You have previously had a serious allergic reaction to any antibody-based treatment or diagnostic agent
  • You have a known allergy or sensitivity to any of the chemotherapy drugs used in this trial or their ingredients
  • You have a different type of pancreatic cancer (such as neuroendocrine or acinar), or you have cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining around the brain
  • Your liver is not functioning well enough (confirm with trial site for specific levels)
  • Your kidneys are not working well enough, or you require dialysis (confirm with trial site for specific levels)
