Who might be able to join this trial:
- You have swelling in the central part of your retina (the back of your eye) caused by inflammation, and a scan shows the swelling is above a certain thickness level.
- A special eye scan shows there is fluid inside or underneath your retina in the eye being studied.
- Your vision in the eye being studied is reduced but not severely — roughly between 20/40 and 20/320 on a standard eye chart.
- You have been diagnosed with non-infectious inflammation inside your eye (either currently active or previously treated) in the eye being studied.
Who may not be able to join:
- The swelling in your retina is caused by diabetic eye disease, a blocked retinal vein, or a certain type of age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD), rather than inflammation.
- You currently have, or are suspected to have, an active infection in or around either eye.
- You have a history of, or currently have, a condition where the blood vessels in your retina are inflamed and blocked in either eye (confirm with trial site).
