Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged between 35 and 85 years old.
- People who have had an X-ray within the last month showing knee osteoarthritis rated as a specific level of severity (Kellgren Lawrence grade 2 or 3) (confirm with trial site).
- People diagnosed with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis who have not had enough relief from non-medicine treatments (such as physical therapy) or pain relief medications.

- People who are able and willing to attend all required study visits and follow all study procedures.

- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to hyaluronate (a substance used in joint injections).
- People who have an infection or skin condition in the area where the injection would be given.
- People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- People who have taken part in another interventional clinical trial within the 3 months before receiving the study injection.
- People who have received an injection of hyaluronic acid or steroids into the target knee joint within the 6 months before the trial.
- People who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis.
- People who have had surgery on the target knee within the 12 months before the trial, or surgery on the other knee or another weight-bearing joint that could affect how the knee is assessed during the study.
