  • You are 18 years old or older and are being treated by a specialist for either Crohn's disease or plaque psoriasis.
  • You have been treated with the original (reference) version of the medication Ustekinumab for at least 6 months before joining the study.
  • Your condition has been stable for at least 3 months and is considered to be in remission (well-controlled) according to your doctor.
  • Your specialist has already decided, as part of your normal care, to switch you to a biosimilar version of Ustekinumab made by a company called Celltrion.
  • You have an email address and a mobile phone number.
  • You are able to read and fill in questionnaires written in French.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
