Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You must be willing to sign a consent form showing you understand the study's purpose, what it involves, and possible side effects

Who may not be able to join:

  • Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant soon
  • People who have a medical condition causing hair loss, such as certain types of patchy hair loss, scarring on the scalp, or psoriasis-related hair loss, or any other diagnosed scalp or hair disorder
  • People who have been diagnosed with a psychiatric or psychological condition, or who have long-term sleep problems or difficulty managing their emotions
  • People who have used any anti-hair loss cosmetics or hair growth products in the past 3 months
  • People who have taken any medicines — whether pills or applied to the skin — known to affect hair growth in the past 6 months
  • People who have previously had a hair transplant
  • People with naturally curly hair
  • People who are known to have very sensitive skin or strong reactions to products (confirm with trial site)
  • People found to have severe anemia or poor liver or kidney function during a medical check-up
  • People who have taken part in another clinical trial involving the same area of the scalp in the past 2 months
  • Anyone the trial team feels is not suitable for any other reason
