Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are willing and able to provide written consent to participate in the study
- People who are 6 years of age or older
- People who have been clinically diagnosed with a macular condition that matches the pattern of a hereditary eye disease called Stargardt disease
- People who have had genetic testing confirming specific changes (mutations) in a gene called ABCA4, either two copies of the same mutation or two different mutations in that gene

- People who have previously taken part in a gene therapy trial
- People who have taken part in any other clinical trial involving an experimental drug or medical device within the past 6 months
- People who have any other eye condition that could affect the study results, such as clouding of the eye's lens (cataracts), clouding in other parts of the eye, or a lazy eye (amblyopia) (confirm with trial site for other conditions that may apply)
