Who might be able to join this trial:
- Adults aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with Mycosis Fungoides (a type of skin lymphoma) at stage IB, IIA, IIB, III, or IV, or with Sézary Syndrome (a related blood cancer), where the condition has come back or stopped responding to previous treatment
- People whose treating doctor has chosen to start them on a medication called mogamulizumab as a single treatment (not yet started)
- People who are willing to have a tissue sample (biopsy) taken from the skin before and possibly during treatment, if the doctor thinks it is needed
- People who are willing to provide a blood sample at the start of the trial and possibly again if a specific skin rash related to mogamulizumab develops
- People who have read and signed a form agreeing to take part in the trial
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are currently receiving other treatments — either whole-body (systemic) or skin-directed — for their skin lymphoma, with the exception of steroid creams or ointments applied to the skin
- People who have previously been treated with mogamulizumab at any point
