• People who have a history of heart failure or blood clots forming in blood vessels (thrombosis)
• People who are allergic to ultrasound gel (the clear gel used during ultrasound scans)
• People who have had surgery on their spine at any point
• People who do not speak English
• People who are currently pregnant or plan to become pregnant during the study period
