Who might be able to join this trial:

• You must have already completed the full treatment period in a previous APG777 study, and the study doctor must feel you followed the study rules properly
• The study doctor must believe that continuing treatment with APG777 for a longer period of time would be beneficial for you
• You must be willing to use the same over-the-counter, non-medicated moisturizer or lotion you were using at the end of the previous study, throughout this new study

Who may not be able to join:

• If you experienced a side effect during the previous APG777 study that the study doctor or medical overseer believes makes it too risky for you to continue taking APG777, you may not be eligible
• If you left the previous APG777 study early, or if your study medication was permanently stopped during that study, you would not be eligible
• If you are taking any medications that are not allowed by this study's guidelines at the time of your first appointment, you may not be eligible
• If you have any skin conditions or other health conditions (besides the one being studied) that could make it difficult to accurately assess your skin or could interfere with the study results, you may not be eligible
