Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older, of any gender
• People who have been diagnosed with a specific type of lymphoma called Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), confirmed through a tissue sample test
• People whose lymphoma has come back or did not respond to at least two previous rounds of treatment (between 2 and 5 prior treatments)
• People who have at least one area of lymphoma that can be measured on a scan

• People whose heart, liver, kidneys, and other organs are working well enough (a doctor will assess this through tests)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding
• People who have previously had an organ or stem cell transplant
• People who have a more aggressive form of B-cell lymphoma known as Double Hit or Triple Hit lymphoma
• People who currently have an active infection, or a past infection that has become active again
• People with other serious health conditions that the trial doctor considers would make participation unsuitable (confirm with trial site)
