  • People diagnosed with kidney cancer (specifically clear cell renal cell carcinoma) that cannot be removed by surgery and has either spread to other parts of the body or is advanced locally.

  • People who are still experiencing significant side effects from previous cancer treatments, or who have had severe side effects (Grade 3 or higher on a standard medical scale) from any prior cancer therapy.
  • People with high blood pressure that remains poorly controlled (above 150/90 mmHg) even while receiving appropriate blood pressure medication.
  • People with a history of cancer spreading to the membranes surrounding the brain or spinal cord, or who have experienced compression of the spinal cord.
