Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are 18 years of age or older

- You have raised pressure inside your skull
- You currently have an infection in your nose, mouth, or throat
- You have a fever (body temperature above 37.5°C)
- You are pregnant or currently breastfeeding
- You have a known allergy to sedative medications (such as propofol) or to medical adhesive materials
- Your procedure is needed urgently/as an emergency
- You have injuries to multiple parts of your body
- Your blood oxygen level is below 95% while breathing normal room air before the procedure
- Your body mass index (BMI) is below 18.5 or above 30
- You are currently taking part in another clinical trial
- The trial investigators decide there is another reason you would not be suitable (confirm with trial site)
