Who might be able to join this trial:

- People who are willing and able to agree to take part in the study after being informed about it

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have been diagnosed with cognitive impairment or dementia
- People who currently have, or have had, cancer within the last 2 years
- People with severe breathing or lung conditions, such as uncontrolled asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or high blood pressure in the lungs
- People with active heart or blood pressure problems, including uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart attack or cardiac event in the last 12 months, serious heart failure, significant irregular heartbeat, or unstable chest pain
- People with certain hormonal or metabolic conditions, specifically untreated overactive or underactive parathyroid glands, or Cushing's disease
- People with significant muscle or joint disorders (as assessed by a clinician)
- People who are currently on dialysis (kidney treatment)
- People who have used steroid medications within the last 6 months, or who are currently on hormone replacement therapy
- People who rely on a wheelchair for mobility

Primary endpoints
Isometric dynamometry; High-Density Surface electromyography (HDsEMG) and intramuscular electromyography (iEMG) of the muscles of the upper (bicep and tricep) and lower limbs (vastus lateralis and tibialis anterior) to determine muscle activation patterns; Motor control assessments for the upper and lower limbs (i.e., force tracking tasks for knee and elbow extension).; Balance tests
