- You have previously received treatments such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or radioactive drug treatments for your cancer
- Your cancer has reached an advanced stage where it is continuing to grow despite testosterone being reduced to very low levels (known as metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, or mCRPC — confirm with trial site)
- Your cancer has spread to organs such as the liver or lungs
- You have had both testicles surgically removed
- You have certain serious health conditions, including severe heart failure, uncontrolled heart rhythm problems, poor kidney function, or significant mental health conditions that could affect your ability to follow the trial plan (confirm with trial site)
