Who might be able to join this trial:

• You are between 18 and 65 years old
• You weigh at least 40kg (about 88 pounds)
• You have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema) for at least 12 months before the screening visit, based on recognised medical criteria (previous diagnoses of "dermatitis" or "eczema" may also be accepted, as decided by the trial doctor)
• Your eczema is assessed as moderate to severe, meaning it scores highly enough on three different medical measures of how widespread and serious it is at both the screening and start-of-trial visits (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:

• You have a significant illness affecting your safety or ability to take part, such as a mental health condition or a condition affecting the heart, lungs, gut, kidneys, blood, brain, or metabolism, as judged by the trial doctor
• You have a known history of active tuberculosis (TB), any signs that might suggest TB, a chest scan showing possible TB, or other evidence of a hidden TB infection — unless you are able to take preventive TB treatment starting 4 weeks before the trial begins and continuing until the end
• You have a history of cancer, except for certain types of skin cancer (basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma) that have been fully removed or cured
• Your white blood cell count or neutrophil count (types of immune cells) is below the normal range at either the screening or start-of-trial visit
• You have another skin condition that could make it difficult to assess your eczema accurately, as judged by the trial doctor
