Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are Chinese, male or female, and between 18 and 65 years old (including those aged exactly 18 or 65)
- People who are generally in good health, with no other ongoing or treated chronic conditions
- People who have previously received treatment for atopic dermatitis (eczema), such as prescription creams, ointments, antihistamine tablets, or other topical medications used for the condition
- People whose atopic dermatitis has been assessed by a dermatologist at the start of the trial as meeting a specific set of diagnostic criteria, being mild in severity (a score of 2 or less on a standard scale called the IGA), and being in a stable phase that no longer needs topical treatment
- People whose skin shows a measured rate of water loss greater than 15g/m²/h at the start of the trial (this is a standard skin barrier test conducted at the trial site)
- People who are willing to sign an informed consent form and voluntarily take part in the trial
- People who are willing to use only the products provided by the trial, keep daily diaries, and attend all scheduled visits throughout the study period
Who may not be able to join:
- People who are planning to become pregnant, are currently pregnant, are breastfeeding, are within 6 months of giving birth, or are unwilling to use appropriate contraception during the trial
- People whose atopic dermatitis is currently in an active flare-up phase
- People who are currently in another clinical trial, or who have taken part in another clinical trial within the past 3 months
- People who have used moisturising products containing skin microbiome-balancing ingredients within the week before enrolling
- People who have had physical, chemical, or cosmetic skin procedures or treatments within the 3 months before enrolling
- People who have serious organ damage, cancer, poorly controlled chronic illness, an active infection, a recent major surgery or injury, or a psychological or mental health condition — or who need medications or treatments for another condition that could affect their eczema
- People whose eczema worsens significantly after using the trial treatment
- People who have other skin conditions (such as acne, rosacea, infections, or skin tumours) at the area being studied, or other skin features (such as birthmarks or scars) that could interfere with assessments
- People who regularly scratch or squeeze their eczema lesions
- People who have a known allergy to any of the products or ingredients being used in the trial
- People who are unlikely to attend visits on time or follow the trial requirements
- People the trial investigators consider unsuitable for any other reason (confirm with trial site)
