Who might be able to join this trial:
- People aged 18 years or older
- People with fragile or brittle nails
- People with a type of nail fungal infection called distal subungual onychomycosis (a fungal infection starting at the tip of the nail)
- People with nail psoriasis that affects no more than 75% of the nail bed, confirmed by photos and assessed by the study doctor
Who may not be able to join:
- People whose nail fungal infection starts at the base of the nail (proximal subungual onychomycosis), has spread toward the base of the nail, or affects more than 75% of the nail
- People with other medical conditions known to cause unusual nail appearance, a weakened immune system, or serious problems with blood circulation in the hands or feet
- People who have used a topical (applied to the skin or nail) antifungal or anti-psoriasis nail treatment in the past month, or an antifungal medication taken by mouth or injection in the past three months
- People who have taken part in another clinical nail study in the past three months
- People with a known allergy to any of the treatments used in the study
- People with unrelated nail disorders, including other types of nail fungal infection, nail psoriasis, or nail problems caused by a genetic condition
- People with other nail disorders, active or severe psoriasis elsewhere on the body, or other autoimmune or inflammatory diseases
