Who might be able to join this trial:

For the single-dose part of the study (SAD):

  • You are a healthy adult between 18 and 45 years old
  • You meet the weight requirements: men must weigh at least 50 kg and women at least 45 kg, and everyone must weigh 110 kg or less, with a BMI between 18 and 28
  • Your general health checks — including physical exam, heart tracing (ECG), blood tests, ultrasound, and chest X-ray — come back normal or with no important concerns

  • You are a male or female adult between 18 and 65 years old

  • You have had chronic plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months, with or without psoriatic arthritis (a related joint condition)

Who may not be able to join:

For the single-dose part of the study (SAD):

  • You have a history of immune system-related diseases or conditions
  • You have a history of drug allergies or other significant allergies that the study doctor believes could put you at risk, or you may be allergic to the study drug or its ingredients
  • You have a history of drug misuse in the past 5 years, used illegal drugs in the past 3 months, or test positive on a urine drug screen

For the multiple-dose part of the study (MAD):

  • You have a type of psoriasis other than chronic plaque psoriasis, such as guttate, pustular, or erythrodermic psoriasis, or psoriasis caused by a medication
  • You are currently taking, or have recently taken, certain medications that are not allowed in this trial (confirm with trial site for the specific list and timeframes)
  • You have a history of repeated or long-term infections, serious infections such as blood poisoning or pneumonia, or have been hospitalised or treated with intravenous antibiotics for an infection within the past 2 months
