Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have been recently diagnosed with, or have a return of, moderate to severe Crohn's disease
- You are able to start treatment with the study drug (Guselkumab) within 1 month of having a camera examination of your gut and an ultrasound scan of your abdomen
- You have never had surgery on your abdomen
- You fully understand the study, choose to take part willingly, and are able to sign a consent form
Who may not be able to join:
- You are not able to take Guselkumab for medical reasons, such as a known allergy to it, having an active tuberculosis infection or another active infection, or having serious liver problems
- You have had a large portion of your colon removed in the past, are currently being considered for colon removal surgery, or have a history of abnormal cell changes in the lining of your colon (confirm with trial site)
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to SonoVue, which is a liquid used as a contrast agent during ultrasound scans
