You are between 18 and 80 years old
You have been recently diagnosed with, or have a return of, moderate to severe Crohn's disease
You are able to start treatment with the study drug (Guselkumab) within 1 month of having a camera examination of your gut and an ultrasound scan of your abdomen
You have never had surgery on your abdomen
You fully understand the study, choose to take part willingly, and are able to sign a consent form

Who may not be able to join:

You are not able to take Guselkumab for medical reasons, such as a known allergy to it, having an active tuberculosis infection or another active infection, or having serious liver problems
You have had a large portion of your colon removed in the past, are currently being considered for colon removal surgery, or have a history of abnormal cell changes in the lining of your colon (confirm with trial site)
You have a known allergy or sensitivity to SonoVue, which is a liquid used as a contrast agent during ultrasound scans
