Who might be able to join this trial:

  • You are a woman who has had breast cancer and your doctor has confirmed you are currently free of the disease.
  • You have not had a menstrual period for more than 12 months and have been diagnosed by a doctor with genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM) — a condition that causes uncomfortable symptoms in the vaginal and urinary area after menopause — and these symptoms are bothering you.
  • You have had a urine test at the start of the study that came back clear (no infection detected).
  • You experience moderate to severe vaginal dryness, rating it higher than 4 out of 10 on a pain/symptom scale.

Who may not be able to join:

  • You are older than 75 years of age.
  • You have been diagnosed with any cancer other than breast cancer, either now or in the past.
  • You have had pelvic surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy in the last 3 months.
  • You have used a local oestrogen treatment (such as a vaginal cream or ring) within the past month.
  • You currently have an active genital infection.
  • You have been diagnosed with HIV or have a seriously weakened immune system.
  • You have a pacemaker, metal implants, or any electronic/electromagnetic devices in your body.
  • You have a blood clotting disorder or are currently taking blood-thinning medication.
  • You have a significant pelvic organ prolapse (where pelvic organs have dropped from their normal position) at a severe stage (confirm with trial site).
  • You have unexplained abnormal vaginal bleeding.
  • You have previously had surgery for urinary incontinence in the pelvic area, with or without a mesh implant.
  • You have an inflammatory skin condition affecting the vulva.
  • You have very little or no pelvic floor muscle strength, as measured by a specific medical assessment (confirm with trial site).
  • You have a known allergy to nickel.
  • You have previously received radiofrequency treatment in the pelvic or genital area.
