- You may not be eligible if you have a history of, or currently have, any heart or lung conditions (note: controlled asthma may be acceptable — confirm with trial site)
- You may not be eligible if you have any health condition that would make it unsafe for you to do an exercise test, such as a heart, lung, or muscle problem
- You may not be eligible if you have a condition affecting your muscles, nerves, or joints
