Who might be able to join this trial:

  • People who have been diagnosed with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema)
  • People whose eczema did not respond well enough to, or who could not tolerate, at least one topical (applied to the skin) treatment before the screening visit, or for whom topical treatments are considered unsuitable
  • Female participants who are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding, and who are either not able to become pregnant, or who agree to use a highly effective form of contraception during the trial

Who may not be able to join:

  • People who test positive for hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV
  • People who show signs of active or latent (inactive but present) tuberculosis (TB)
  • People with a history of TB that was never treated or was not adequately treated
  • People who currently have an active infection requiring systemic (whole-body) treatment such as antibiotics, antivirals, or antifungal medicines
  • People who have another unstable, itchy skin condition alongside their eczema that could make it difficult for the trial team to accurately assess the eczema
  • People with other health conditions or abnormal test results that the trial doctor believes could increase health risks during the study or make it harder to interpret the results
  • People who have recently received certain specific treatments within defined timeframes before starting the trial (confirm with trial site for the full list of affected treatments and timeframes)
