• People with a general health and activity level rated as reasonably functional (WHO performance status 0–2 — confirm with trial site what this means for a specific situation).
• People aged 18 years or older.
• People whose case has been reviewed by a multidisciplinary team (a group of different medical specialists) at the hospital where treatment would be given.
• People who have provided written consent to participate before being registered for the trial.
