• People who cannot have an MRI scan for any reason, including: severe claustrophobia (fear of enclosed spaces) that cannot be managed with sedation; certain implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, heart defibrillators, deep brain stimulators, or cochlear implants that are labelled as MRI unsafe (devices labelled as safe or conditionally safe are not a reason to be excluded); or metal fragments in the eye or surgical clips in the brain.
• People who have serious ongoing health conditions that could interfere with the trial, such as significant liver or heart problems.
• People who would be unable to follow the trial procedures, for example due to language barriers, psychological conditions, or dementia.
• The researchers running this trial, their family members, or people who work for or depend on them.
