  • People with breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cells, and who have already received some form of treatment for this cancer

  • People who are able to sign a written consent form agreeing to participate in the trial

Who may not be able to join:

  • People whose liver or kidneys are not functioning well
  • People whose doctors estimate they have fewer than 3 months to live
