- You have had a mastectomy on one or both breasts, for any medical reason
- You did not have breast reconstruction using implants or your own body tissue (certain types of simple closures after surgery are allowed — confirm with trial site if unsure)
- You are willing to fill out questionnaires or receive a custom 3D-printed breast prosthesis as part of the study
- You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study (give informed consent)
- You are able to attend study visits and take part in body surface scans (using temporary skin markers), standardized photos, and surveys at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months
Who may not be able to join:
- You have a serious medical condition that could interfere with taking part in study procedures (confirm with trial site)
- You are unwilling or unable to give your informed consent to join the study
- You are not able to communicate effectively in English
- You have open wounds, an active infection, or a skin condition on your chest area that would make scanning, placing temporary skin markers, or using a prosthesis difficult
- You are unwilling or unable to take part in body surface scanning, standardized photography, or completing follow-up surveys
