Who might be able to join this trial:
- People older than 6 months and younger than 65 years of age
- People who have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (a type of eczema) or contact dermatitis (a skin reaction caused by touching something)
- People whose skin condition is considered mild to moderate, based on a specific scoring system used by doctors (a score called EASI of 16 or below)
- People whose skin condition falls within a certain severity range as assessed by a doctor using a standard rating scale (a score called IGA of 1 to 3)

Who may not be able to join:
- People who have a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient in the study cream (called 047_TD Dermatitis cream)
- People who have another skin condition in the area being studied that could affect how doctors evaluate the results, in the opinion of the investigating doctor
- People who have used other treatments for their skin condition — such as UV light therapy, probiotics, or homeopathy — within the 30 days before the study starts, or who plan to use them during the study
- People who use any other moisturising creams or standard treatments for their skin condition on the affected areas during the study (regular hygiene products used in the nappy area are an exception)
- People who are currently receiving or have a history of receiving treatments that suppress the immune system, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy
- People who currently misuse drugs or substances
- People who are not willing to follow all the procedures and requirements of the study, or, for participants under 18 years old, whose parents or guardians are not willing to agree on their behalf
- People who are unable to provide written consent to participate, or, for participants under 18 years old, whose parents or guardians are unable to provide written consent on their behalf
