Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to a recognised set of medical guidelines called the MDS Criteria

• People who have at least some difficulty with walking, as measured by a standard Parkinson's disease assessment tool called the MDS-UPDRS

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a known health condition that could make unsupervised physical exercise unsafe or unsuitable for them
• People experiencing moderate or severe depression, as measured by a standard questionnaire (a score of 18 or higher on the BDI-II scale)
• People whose thinking or memory difficulties may prevent them from fully understanding and consenting to the study
• People who have difficulty understanding everyday conversation (understanding less than 75% of ordinary conversation)
• People with a serious psychiatric condition that may make it difficult to follow the study plan
• People who currently have, or have a history of, dependency on alcohol or other substances
• People who are unable to walk at least one flight of stairs (confirm with trial site)
• People who have experienced chest or upper back pain in the past four weeks
• People who are currently taking part in another clinical study involving a treatment or intervention
• People who have a deep brain stimulation device already implanted
