Who might be able to join this trial:
- You are willing to give your consent to participate and are able to follow the treatment plan and attend follow-up appointments.
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are able to carry out normal daily activities with little or no limitations (confirm with trial site — this refers to a performance score of 0 or 1).
- You have been diagnosed with advanced (stage III or IV) high-grade ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, or primary peritoneal cancer, confirmed by a tissue sample test.

Who may not be able to join:
- You are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study or within 6 months after finishing treatment (women who could become pregnant must have a negative pregnancy test within 72 hours before starting and must use effective contraception throughout).
- You have a known allergy or sensitivity to niraparib or any of its ingredients.
- You have previously been treated with a type of drug called a PARP inhibitor.
- You have had severe (Grade 3 or higher) and long-lasting (more than 4 weeks) blood-related side effects or severe fatigue from previous cancer treatment.
- You have a history of a blood or bone marrow condition called myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), or test results suggesting a risk of MDS or a related blood cancer called acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
- You have cancer that has spread to the brain or the lining of the brain and is causing symptoms that are not under control.
