• You have at least one area of cancer in your body that can be measured on a scan, using standard measurement guidelines.

Who may not be able to join:

• If your cancer is a specific type (non-squamous NSCLC) and has a known genetic mutation that can be targeted by an existing standard treatment, you may not be eligible (confirm with trial site).
• You have brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain) that are causing symptoms, or you have compression of the spinal cord.
• You have already received systemic treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or biological therapy for your advanced lung cancer (note: one cycle of standard treatment before joining may be allowed if your doctor felt you needed immediate treatment — confirm with trial site).
• You have a known or suspected problem with your digestive system that would prevent you from swallowing and absorbing an oral (taken by mouth) medication whole.
