- You scored 1 or lower on a scale used to measure how much dementia affects daily life (called the CDR scale)
- You have had more than 3 years of education
- You are 65 years old or older
- You are willing to take part and able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study
- You have a caregiver or trusted person (such as a family member or friend) who is able to support you during the trial
- If you are taking memory medications called acetylcholinesterase inhibitors (such as donepezil or rivastigmine), your dose has been stable and unchanged for at least the past 3 months
Who may not be able to join:
- You have problems with coordination, or significant difficulties with hearing, vision, or communication that would make it hard to take part in the trial
- You are currently taking part in a rehabilitation program, or have done so in the 3 months before joining the trial
