Who might be able to join this trial:

• You have been diagnosed with a specific type of advanced ovarian cancer (high-grade serous ovarian adenocarcinoma, at stage IIIC or IVA), confirmed by a tissue sample test.

• You have a blocked kidney that has not been relieved by placing a small tube (stent) in the ureter.
• You have previously had an organ transplant.
• You have inflammatory bowel disease (such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis).
• You have, or have had, an autoimmune disease (a condition where the immune system attacks the body, such as lupus).
• You have previously received immunotherapy or drugs that affect the immune system.
• The cancer has spread to your brain.
• You have had a serious blood clot in a vein (grade 3 or higher) (confirm with trial site).
• You currently have an active infection, such as tuberculosis.
• You have previously had radiotherapy to your pelvis or abdomen.
• You have previously had a treatment called HIPEC (heated chemotherapy delivered directly into the abdomen) or similar heat-based therapy.
• You have significant problems with a major organ such as your heart, liver, or kidneys (grade 2 or above) (confirm with trial site).
• You have been diagnosed with another cancer in the last 5 years, unless it was a skin cancer or thyroid cancer.
