Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are between 18 and 80 years old
- People who are willing to take part in the research voluntarily
- People who had breast cancer surgery at least 15 months ago
- People who are able to read and understand the study questionnaires and complete the assessments without difficulty
- People who do not currently do structured exercise regularly (less than 60 minutes of structured exercise per week)
Who may not be able to join:
- People who currently have an active infection
- People who have had cancer in both breasts
- People who have a history of surgery, nerve-related, or bone and joint problems (not related to breast cancer surgery) that affect how the arm and shoulder work
- People who have a neurological condition or other diagnosed condition that affects memory, thinking, or concentration
- People who have a muscle or nerve condition, symptomatic heart disease, previous lung surgery, or another cancer diagnosis that may affect their ability to exercise
- People who have high blood pressure or diabetes that is not currently stable or well-controlled
