- People who are planning to have a radical prostatectomy (surgery to remove the prostate) or a laser procedure to remove prostate tissue

- Adult males aged 18 years or older
- People who are able to read, write, and speak in English (the questionnaires used in this trial have only been validated in English, so only English speakers are permitted)

- People who are willing to take part and are able to give their informed consent to participate
Who may not be able to join:
- People under 18 years of age
- People who are unable to send and receive SMS text messages
- People who are unable to read, write, or speak English
- People who currently rely on a urinary catheter to pass urine
- People who have, or are planning to have, an artificial urinary sphincter or a urethral sling fitted during the study period
- People whose medical history, current health condition, or other circumstances, in the trial doctor's judgment, could affect the study results, interfere with full participation, or make participation not in the person's best interest (confirm with trial site)
