Who might be able to join this trial:
- People who are aged 18 to 75 years old at the time of signing consent to participate
- People who have been diagnosed with a type of blood cancer called CD19-positive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or stopped responding to treatment, confirmed by laboratory testing of tissue or cells
- People who have at least one area of cancer that can be measured or assessed using standard imaging guidelines (Lugano 2014 criteria)
- People whose general health and ability to carry out daily activities falls within an accepted range on a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0–2) (confirm with trial site)

Who may not be able to join:
- People whose lymphoma has spread to the brain or spinal cord
- People who have previously had a stem cell transplant from a donor, or any other organ transplant
- People who have had another type of cancer that was active within the past 5 years, with the exception of certain cured skin cancers or early-stage cervical abnormalities that have been treated
- People with a history of active autoimmune disease (where the immune system attacks the body)
- People with a history of, or current, lung conditions such as interstitial lung disease or tuberculosis, or other conditions that affect how the lungs work
- People with serious uncontrolled health conditions, such as uncontrolled diabetes, high blood pressure, active infections, active stomach ulcers, or blood clotting conditions requiring blood-thinning medication
- People with serious heart or cardiovascular disease
- People who have had a severe allergic reaction to protein-based medicines or to any ingredient in the study drug
