Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged between 18 and 80 years old.
• People who have been diagnosed with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) confirmed by a tissue biopsy, with at least one area of the disease that can be measured on a scan.

• People diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma.
• People with certain abnormal blood test results at the time of screening — including low white blood cell counts, low platelet counts, abnormal liver function results, or raised creatinine (a measure of kidney function) — unless those abnormalities are caused by the lymphoma itself (confirm with trial site).
• People with a psychiatric condition or any other known difficulty that would prevent them from fully following the study requirements.
• People who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• People with a known HIV infection, or an active hepatitis B or hepatitis C infection confirmed by specific blood tests. People with certain hepatitis B markers may still be considered if their virus levels fall below a specific threshold on further testing (confirm with trial site for details).
• People who need to take certain medications on an ongoing basis that strongly affect how the body processes drugs (specifically strong or moderate CYP3A inhibitors or inducers) (confirm with trial site).
