Who might be able to join this trial:

• People who have had a total knee replacement surgery within the past 2 years and are currently admitted to the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Clinic at Ankara Etlik City Hospital, Physical Therapy Hospital.
• People who are able to put their full body weight on the leg that was operated on by the third week after surgery.
• People who are willing to take part and have signed a written consent form.

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have had both knees replaced (not just one).
• People under 18 years of age.
• People who received physical therapy treatment within the first 2 weeks after their knee replacement.
• People who have a significant vision or hearing impairment, or who have an active infection.
• People whose overall health condition is considered medically unstable.
• People who have a condition affecting the brain or nervous system, such as a history of stroke or multiple sclerosis.
• People who have or have had cancer.
• People who have a fracture (broken bone) in either leg.
• People who have any condition that would prevent them from taking part in the treatment program (confirm with trial site).
• People who have previously had surgery on their lower back for a disc problem.
• People who have had any previous surgery on either leg (other than the knee replacement being studied).
• People who have severe arthritis in the leg that was not operated on.
