Who might be able to join this trial:

• People aged 18 or older
• People who have been diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma (a type of blood cancer), confirmed by a tissue sample that shows specific markers (Cyclin D1 and/or a chromosomal change called t(11;14)) — a stored tissue sample must be available for review by a central laboratory
• People whose mantle cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to treatment, and who have previously received at least one treatment containing a therapy called anti-CD20, which did not work well enough
• People who have also previously received at least one treatment containing a type of drug called a BTK inhibitor, which did not work well enough
• People whose most recent line of treatment has stopped working
• People who have at least one area of lymphoma that is large enough to be measured on a scan, according to standard criteria
• People who are reasonably well and able to carry out daily activities, as assessed by a standard medical scale (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2)

Who may not be able to join:

• People who have a specific aggressive form of mantle cell lymphoma called blastoid or pleomorphic type
• People who have had, or currently have, lymphoma affecting the brain or spinal cord
• People who have previously been treated with a type of drug called a BCL-2 inhibitor (for example, venetoclax)
• People who have received a stem cell transplant using their own cells, or a cell-based therapy, within the 3 months before the trial treatment would start
• People who have ever received a stem cell transplant using cells from another person (a donor transplant)
