- You have been diagnosed with one of the following cancers (confirmed by a tissue sample): head and neck cancer (HNSCC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), oesophageal squamous cell cancer (ESCC), or colorectal cancer (CRC), and the cancer has spread or come back and cannot be surgically removed with the aim of curing it.
- For the early dose-finding part of the trial: your cancer has gotten worse or come back after previous cancer treatments, and there are no other standard or approved treatments available to you.
