For Parts 1 and 2 of the trial:

  • You have a known history of illegal drug use, drug abuse, heavy alcohol use, alcoholism, or have smoked or used any nicotine products in the 7 days before your first dose
  • You have a history of severe allergic reactions or serious sensitivities to substances
  • You have donated blood or lost a significant amount of blood (one unit or more) within the 4 weeks before receiving the study treatment
